Course Overview

This two day workshop offers the Supply Chain Managers, Demand Planners, Forecasting specialists, Production Planners, Marketing Managers and managers assisting the above, an opportunity to not only develop the knowledge base with respect to DEMAND PLANNING rationale, process and benefits but also the way forward in supply chains. The workshop enables top managers, middle managers and their supervisory staff to understand the dynamics of implementing demand planning strategy, tactics and techniques through realizing the significance of integration with supply planning, production planning and other related dimensions and its impact on strategy implementation and growth. The workshop also provides a roadmap for the implementation of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment i.e. CPFR in the pharmaceutical supply chains, equips the managers with necessary resources and responsibilities needed to plan and implement demand planning process that enhances the supply chain’s competitiveness.
