Certified Learning and Development Professional

Course Overview

Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) is an Accredited and Licensed program by Institute of Knowledge and Leadership (IKL) in collaboration with School of Professional Advancement (SPA) of University of Management & Technology (UMT). This program will enhance the required competencies that are critical to equip L&D professionals with the tools and techniques of talent development in their organizations.
Learning and development is now a scientific and systematic process to enhance an employee’s skills, knowledge and behaviors. Specifically, the purpose of L&D function and its team members, is to use learning interventions that directly or indirectly impact the organizational performance and culture. Additionally, L&D activities are designed as a part of company’s overall talent management strategy to retain the talent and develop them for future leadership positions. 
In this training program, the participants will work on the management of entire training cycle, planning for learning programs and conducting training activities to achieve organizational objectives.
